    Good Headphone Until

    I purchased headphones 10 months ago, and they just stopped working. The warranty is one year, and I need to know how I can have them fixed/replaced.

    Great headphones...but

    Sound and comfort are 5 out of 5 especially for the price. I've had mine for about two years but suddenly they stopped working. They are fully charged but they won't shut off and they will not enter pairing mode. They're kept in the travel case when not in use, they have never been taken out of the house and they have only ever been paired with a gaming console. Huge bummer, I loved these headphones and they are sold out.
